I buy hummus right now (without poison on the label)….. it makes eating veggies better for me. I’ll make my own…. just be creative to get nutrients in you and others. Roasted red pepper or black bean and French onion are some of my favorite flavors made by #Ithaca I use currently…. Even just the plain flavor made with olive oil works for me…. Sprinkling sea salt and flax seeds across avocado and hummus on cucumbers or raw zucchini and carrots makes it tasty. ……. The orange and avocado salad sounds good also on here…..
