If they research the past, they will see the Amendment was meant for the slaves in the 1800's originally. Attorney's and others have misconstrued this for years. The Amendment states, "the jurisdiction thereof" which means if you are born to a Chinese on US soil, the "jurisdiction there of" means the Mother's jurisdiction which is China!
