UPDATE: My Daughters condition is much worse and complex than we thought. She has two clavicle fractures and fractured bones in both shoulders/3 herniated disks at a level 3 with extrusions/torn ligaments/soft tissue and nerve damage.

She still has limited mobility and is in constant pain.

She will get no compensation from the driver who hit her as he did not have proper insurance. She is still unable to work and has not received any disability.
