So like priests that molest children and get sent to another parish this medical proffesional will have no record and go on to use his knowledge and start anew somewhere else so he can continue his addiction to child sex abuse.

i do believe you are correct... a Catholic can be de-frocked but they seldom do it.. you know i spoke to a lawyer from the vat1can once and he called them curmudgeons.. i didnt know what it meant at the time, so when i found out... blew my mind... i wish i knew during the conversation, i would have known he was a man of God
