(a) Any person subject to this chapter who–
(1) with intent to usurp or override lawful military authority, refuses, in concert with any other person, to obey orders or otherwise do his duty or creates any violence or disturbance is guilty of mutiny; (2) with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of lawful civil authority, creates, in concert with any other person, revolt, violence, or disturbance against that authority is guilty of sedition; (3) fails to do his utmost to prevent and suppress a mutiny or sedition being committed in his presence...is guilty of a failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition.
(b) A person who is found guilty of attempted mutiny, mutiny, sedition, or failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition shall be punished by death
or such other punishment as a court- martial may direct.

If it's for ALL. We have a lot of government officials that will fall under this article, and should receive death.
Judges allow a rapist to go free with minimal punishment ,when death is the penalty .
This is why we have rapists. It was allowed. imo

Well Arba, if you're asking my opinion, and I believe that we been under Martial Law since the Civil War (that was never rescinded to my knowledge) AND we are OFFICIALLY AT WAR (the AUMF of 2001 - Authorization for Use of Military Force - THE WAR AGAINST TERROR), as far & wide as I can see WE ARE UNDER A MILITARY MARTIAL LAW JURISDICTION 24/7 and then couplin' that with all the changes that Wartime President Trump made to the UCMJ which Lt. Col. Riccardo Bosi explained so beautifully, then IN MY OPINION yes EVERYONE both Military & Civilian are subject to the UCMJ - UNIFORM CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE and so them Vermin out there Raping, Torturing, Murdering, Traitoring, and generally committing High Crimes including Crimes Against Humanity are gonna face Firing Squads OR the Gallows and it won't end well for them.
