Now, if President Trump had made Ol' Cowboy the IRS Commissioner,
I woulda shut that sucker down just as soon as I finished giving FULL REFUNDS + Interest + Penalties BACK TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE FOR EVERYTHING THEY EVER PAID IN THEIR LIFETIMES.
Then I would have turned all the IRS buildings in America into Gun Shops complete with classrooms with indoor shooting ranges.

We have so much money in Treasury, I'd have my counter staff hand guns out for free and sign everyone up in free training classes, too.
