The most key element in my heart healthy and skin healthy regimen is no processed foods. Period. Natural foods without the interference of packaging render the most nutrition without waste. Local ranchers and farmers work hard to produce good foods. Processing plants work hard to remove those good parts and insert long shelf life into the food.
