I'm so thankful to my Saviour that at 71 years old, I'm still living on my own and pretty much self sufficient. For nearly 15 years now, I've managed with HIS help to continue gardening, taking care of my animals, mowing my yard myself, doing everything on my own. It hasn't always been easy with all my health issues. But my favorite bible verse is Philippians 4:13, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. When things get difficult I quote that scripture.
I never thought I would like being alone, but after abusive marriages and being abused as a child, I have found peace for the first time in my life, and I won't give that up for anyone else. It took years for me to get here. To know God and have Him in your heart is so peaceful.
He is my best friend, my provider, my healer, my comforter. I can't thank Him enough for all he has done for me. If you don't personally know Him you are truly missing out on the best friend you can find.

And grew up in violence..mom repeatedly tried to kill me.
BUT I AM HERE!
UNDERSTAND!
Was nearly killed in a car accident before Cov..
I had to have 3 Leg surgeries starting in COV in NY City...
am healing still...regaining movement.
Lost my job...shoulders injured too but I ask the Lord to take the pain.
I am older too..and The Lord is my peace NOT of this world but the peace that surpasses all understanding!
Please pray for me..today...feel like crying...I don't know why.
When this happens I pray for others..I don't know who is hurting..but it's someone.
...so I ask and pray...touch those who hurt or fear...Lord you know. Draw them to you..The River of Living Water. Lord give greater understanding of who you are and why you came to set us free. Lord please help!
Break fetters and anything that is not of you so you are seen clearly..and your Love that puts others before myself.
