Never stops amazing how really dumb these fake news morons are. They still have not realized, recognized or acknowledged that POTUS always lays the foundation and the plan for any and all projects that he executes. He NEVER once has instigated a project without first laying out all the bases and counting all the costs. When they question his authority, they are only showing just how lame and dumb they really are. The press pool reminds me of a bunch of hyenas moving in for the kill. Problem is - they have no idea how or what they are trying to kill. It would almost be comical if it wasn't really sad to watch their leaning forward, raising their hands, shouting out and begging to be heard.
