A judicial system that is quick to condemn should also be quick to correct false judgement. This "Gold Star" Mom has been falsely imprisoned far too long. Any decent court proceeding by a good judge would release her immediately.

We are already under a Military Martial Law Jurisdiction 24/7, and the UCMJ is Superior of all our Laws (1775), so these "foreign courts" have to be shut down by the MILITARY.
Then we will probably head into the Trubunal Phase where we actually see the Tribunals that have been going on for years, and countless more Tribunals initiated. So many Criminals.
I expect we will be under VISIBLE Martial Law for several years as everything EVIL and FOREIGN is shut down, Perps arrested, Tribunals, and new Good People are vetted and allowed to Serve.
All our Systems and Institutions have to be changed for new ones that BENEFIT the People, and the MILITARY knows how to do it.
No one needs to Freak Out except for Criminals. They are TOAST.
We have actually been under Martial Law since the Civil War, it just hasn't always been visible - but I am pretty sure it will be this time.
