The Truth About Breakfast
Honest doctor exposes how the "three meals a day" concept was never about health - but about business and propaganda.
For centuries, people naturally fasted and ate when truly hungry - not by a clock. Then came industrial influence...and breakfast became a marketing goldmine.
Maybe your body doesn't need constant eating - maybe it needs rest, repair, and rhythm.
Listen to your body, not outdated nutrition myths.

I definitely function better when I don't eat until evening and even then it's mostly veg. I know from personal experience that once that Fast has been broken hunger kicks in again and again. Having experienced a touch of anorexia in my teens (when I liked to experimented with a bit of mind over matter) and found how Not Eating was rather comforting, so I'd go 2 or 3 days without food, and still felt full of energy.
