Follow Dr. Lee Merritt's protocol directions in the response to Kris' original post. She recommends you start with one anti-parasite med then switch to a different form to kill off resistant parasites.

From our veterinarian years ago, no wormer takes care of all parasites. We use to use ivermectin until vet did a fecal sample and found parasites... ivermectin didn't cover that parasite. Now usually use...

It has been awhile since I did a cleanse. I alternate between the two meds. I think the full cleanse takes 2 months. One month on each med, 3 days on, 5 days off and repeat. Then follow a year with one dose each month as maintenance.
