my concern for everyone is where your getting your stuff from.. grocery store is dangerous. has fillers and every saw dust.. sometimes not even any of the type it is selling. ie: magnesium. bought extra strengths in case i ran out of my known safe stuff to lower costs? havent opened either one. why? too much crap in them.. i did get diarrhea from one so you know that was bad news. so i spent and wasted over 20 bucks for those two.. i keep them in front of me to remind me only safe companies.

He instructed me on all the different types of Magnesium. You do have to know the types.

Mag Citrate does nothing, absorption is horrible. Like next to nothing.

Too much mag Oxide can cause diarrhea. That is the job of that one. Over 500 mg perday of this and sometimes less can cause it!

Mag Glycate works well. And there are many others. Find out which is the best for you.

And yes, many of the cheaper brands are filled with fillers and also from China. For example... Spring Valley from Walmart is from China. It should explain a lot to people.

Best thing is to speak with a Holistic Health person, as they might can tell you individually of what you may need. I hope this helps.
