Will he be arrested and charged? That is the real question. They made a big deal out of booking and charge of POTUS. We want to see that SOB in handcuffs standing before the court pleading his innocence. He is just a tiny blimp on the huge scourge of evil on this planet but at least a start of the tsunami wave that will follow.
