Nope, many are under the misconception of what they saw in the video!
As you can see, Erika clearly did the “I Love You” in American Sign Language while POTUS and her were looking up to Charlie! (An example is in the 2nd Attachment)
FYI...the devil horns are with the thumb over the two bent fingers, with only the index and little (pinky) fingers pointing up! (See 3rd Attachment)
