President/CiC Trump to reinstate the Smith-Mundt Act
& rename it The Charlie Kirk Act.
ELLIE’S VIDEO WENT VIRAL & REACHED TRUMP.
Smith-Mundt was signed into law by President Truman 1-27-48.
Congress was concerned about the ideology & propaganda
