"...show a violent crime occurred, on average, every 25.9 seconds in 2024. The breakdown shows on average a murder occurred every 31.1 minutes and a rape occurred every 4.1 minutes..."
Those VICTIMS MURDERED every 31.1 minutes did not get another chance.
Neither did those raped every 4.1 minutes which surely includes Children.
THEREFORE, THE VIOLENT CRIMINALS SHOULD NOT GET ANOTHER CHANCE.

Cathy, we're transitioning to Common Law, ultimately.
Do you know why they call it Common Law?
BECAUSE HANGINGS FOR MURDER AND RAPE WERE COMMON! ππ€£π
Actually, in the old days even stealin' a horse was a hangin' offense, why? Because in those days a Fella's life depended on his horse and without it he might perish.
BIG DETERRENT, THERE!
Common Law does not allow the manipulations of BAR Attorneys/BAR Judges, and in fact they are BARRED (pun intended) from even entering a Common Law Court.
Common Law is very simple:
1) don't hurt or harm
2) don't steal
3) don't murder
AND THERE HAS TO BE A VICTIM.
NO VICTIM - NO CRIME. Simple.
A speeding ticket is not a crime, and neither is smoking pot. NO VICTIM.
Hurt someone, steal their stuff, commit rape or murder - that's different = CRIMES.
Only Facts & Evidence & a Trial By Jury of YOUR Peers.

We watch Rifleman and other oldies everyday and me and hubby always say that we should go back to hanging, its cheap, easy and a good deterrent! This dickin around and spending taxpayer money when you Know they did it is only for the lawyers to make their blood money. Im sure there are Deeper Evil reasons, but Hanging is a Great Cure! πββ

Common Law is where we are headed in our American Republic, but we're gonna have to get there with the help of the UCMJ.
Make no mistake, both Common Law and the UCMJ rely on Facts & Evidence (not like the Admiralty Courts which are total manipulation and even use another language...LEGALESE) and when Convictions and Sentences come down they are typically MUCH HARSHER especially where Violent Crime is concerned.
