"...show a violent crime occurred, on average, every 25.9 seconds in 2024. The breakdown shows on average a murder occurred every 31.1 minutes and a rape occurred every 4.1 minutes..."
Those VICTIMS MURDERED every 31.1 minutes did not get another chance.
Neither did those raped every 4.1 minutes which surely includes Children.
THEREFORE, THE VIOLENT CRIMINALS SHOULD NOT GET ANOTHER CHANCE.

Do you know why they call it Common Law?

Actually, in the old days even stealin' a horse was a hangin' offense, why? Because in those days a Fella's life depended on his horse and without it he might perish.

Common Law does not allow the manipulations of BAR Attorneys/BAR Judges, and in fact they are BARRED (pun intended) from even entering a Common Law Court.
Common Law is very simple:
1) don't hurt or harm
2) don't steal
3) don't murder
AND THERE HAS TO BE A VICTIM.
NO VICTIM - NO CRIME. Simple.
A speeding ticket is not a crime, and neither is smoking pot. NO VICTIM.
Hurt someone, steal their stuff, commit rape or murder - that's different = CRIMES.
Only Facts & Evidence & a Trial By Jury of YOUR Peers.

Criminals have to know Penalties for Harming other People are REAL and HARSH, especially when the Harm Done cannot be reversed...and rape, murder and other such heinous crimes, also including treason. We must have a real Deterrent, and spending only a few years in prison for murderin' or rapin' someone is NOT a deterrent at all.
The Deep State has used Admiralty Law not just to favor criminals, but to make sure they are unleashed repeatedly to TERRORIZE innocent Americans even worse than before. Criminals DO NOT fear the Criminal Justice System we were born into, which was a foreign Court system of the British Crown, but they WILL FEAR COMMON LAW JUSTICE which sticks to facts, evidence and very harsh penalties especially for irreversible crimes that harm people forever like rape, murder, pedophilia & treason.
Walk 'Em up the public gallows SO CRIMINALS CAN KNOW THE PENALTY & HUMILIATION OF IT.
Then we'll see violent crime rates near disappear.
