The LLC's attorney, Douglas Buck, confirmed that the rezoning and annexation are part of the plan to develop the data center, provided the project can secure access to municipal water and sewer services. The City Council has approved the annexation and rezoning request for the property.
Gov employees in this community signed a NDA with the LLC and the attorney has had private lobbying meetings with the city council, who approved the annexation of 300 A of farmland to be annexed into the city. The offer is said to be $80K/A
This has all done in SECRET 🤫
And they want the City to pay for their water and sewer access. @$80k/A they should pay for it all.
