Catherine I think that is all already in process by White Hats and the Treasury of the American Republic, and that RESTITUTION is coming in the form of very significant payments that will go through what USED to be Social Security accounts but now likely have been transferred to SECURE QFS Individual Sovereign Accounts that we will be granted access to very soon.
The Cabal was already hacking, raiding, laundering money from Social Security so that all had to be redone.
it can't be a complicated process for the American People. Most people can't even find time or energy to learn much being so desperate working 3 jobs to keep up with costs of living.
It has to be done this way, by the Military IMO, very strategically and in a super-organized fashion so in the end it's easy if not automatic for "American Citizens" to have easy access to their Restitution from all the Cabal stole and the prosperity our People are due.

That makes total sense from what I have heard , so what you think is SS is not actually going to go up but what they stole will be added to it.
