THAT IS DISGUSTING,
and I think that could be a serious crime.
Teacher needs to be investigated for Terrorism, because she just endangered that Student's life (child endangerment), and she's trying to coerce child/child's family and other students/families.
See 18 U.S. Code § 2331 - Definitions:
"(5) the term “domestic terrorism” means activities that—
(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
(B) appear to be intended—
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population..."
and I think that could be a serious crime.
