Every time I receive a delivery to my store, I have to open my translator app to communicate with the driver. I can't believe how companies hire these drivers to deliver thousands of dollars of freight to their customers. The drivers can't read or speak English to check off the invoice.

I work with drivers, who I know for a fact, they were given provincial license by the DMV in Florida. Just gave them a CDLA if they said they drove in the home country. Meanwhile, I had to jump through hoops and told the DMV it was bullshit. Watched them just handing out drivers licenses with no test, no paperwork, nothing. I asked who gave the authority and she said she couldn't say. Total bullshit
