Whenever I walk into a room, something falls or moves. A loaf of bread, a bunch of potatoes, and tissue fell off the shelf about 5 feet from me at the grocery. I woke up this morning at 3:30 AM and couldn't go back to sleep. I hear a very low-pitched sound, almost imperceptible. I am having vivid dreams. I am tired. Is it me, or is it the ascension energy?

Yes!!! Constantly for about 3 years… bouts of vertigo and anxiety insomnia, I can be dog a$$ tired but then wide awake when I go to bed… body aches and muscle fatigue… emotional and physical g fatigue!

yep. ringing non stop for years. felt like someone unplugged me. soooo tired. no headaches, body aches, or bone, muscle aches. I wonder if I am getting used to it now.

this has been going on now for 3 full days.. crackles in my right ear like popcorn popping 24/7 and in reality i shouldnt hear any of it as i am 90% deaf in that ear.. for days now. sometimes keeps me up at night. light headed and dixy walking into a wall.. ive had this before when they were strong so i am not concerned otherwise.. always look at it each am..overwhelmed in activities that are simple.all repeats from the last influx of energy.. sleep, dream good thoughts..
