The Original 13th Amendment was NOT removed, EVER, Carole. It's always been there since it was Ratified on March 12, 1819 and the "13th Amendment" you posted is NOT the 13th Amendment but the 14th Amendment. We all have to remember there were not 1 but 2 "Constitutions" after 1871 when the foreign-owned Rothschild/Cabal took over DC & instituted the ACT OF 1871 and implemented their fraudulent "CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES" which was only a corporate policy manual, it's NOT our original "Constitution For The United States".

All kinds of skulduggery took place during that Civil War period.

Further, just because a bunch of BAR Attorneys (British Accreditation Registry) and British Foreign Agents and Spies went around digging in libraries and archives and burned original copies of our Constitution, that only constituted TREASON & SEDITION and was not an official Repeal of the Original 13th Amendment - so it has always been IN FORCE & EFFECT.

When ANY gov employee takes the oath THEY become the citizen.. They just reversed the role and called us the citizens. THEY also cannot hold office IF THEY HAVE DUAL citizenship. Easier to count who doesn't have a dual citizenship.
