Something so obvious and something that is spreading bio weapons on us are still being allowed to spray makes many of us not trust this plan. Give us something that we can all notice by stopping these chemtrails. If one state makes chemtrails illegal it does no good because the states right next to them that continue spring chemtrails allows the chemicals to float into their state. If that state that bans chemtrails is serious about banning them then they should sue the state next to them for the overspray into their state.
