We have to take them out, isolated the top... each level revealed before it is removed.

They've already been dealt with Carol, IMO - them Mid-Level and Upper-Mid Level Managers.
This is a Mop-Up Operation, IMO, because there are still lowly cockroaches hiding in the cracks and crevices.
This is also a Wake-Up Operation, because most of the General Public only knows only 1% of 1% of what you already know, if that.
We don't want them going to ERs in Shock.
Bin Talal was hung by his feet so that he coughed up plenty information, I read in some report a long time ago. He's toast.
