I'm sorry but until this country can fix housing, there ain't nothing good about it. 130,000 should get me a nice, decent modular home, but nope. You pay $1,100 a month for the mortgage and that's country wide not just state wide. So fuck this country. I'm done. Idk what I'm gonna do now! ðŸ˜
