What we really need Shelly is MEDBEDS.
There was even synthesized snake venom in those Lethal Injections, which can kill slowly, capitalizing on pre-existing internal organ weaknesses making death look by "natural causes" - the oldest assassins trick in the book.
Blood clots made by aluminum & mercury in the shots, plus snake venom clotting. 🤬

Remember when Toula's Dad would run around sprayin' Windex on everyone whenever they got a paper cut or started to sneeze? 🤣
