Apparently I was meant to be too sick to do anything but sit here and take it.
I cannot do any of the things you mentioned without breathing, and these days breathing is my main priority.

I have tried everything, herbs, tonics, decoctions, distillments, you name it. I am currently big into horse paste and dog dewormer for several spots on both lungs.
