When Dick Cheney warns about “another nuclear attack in America,” which he inadvertently blurts out from time to time when scaremongering on television, he is referring to this one; the one he oversaw. Veterans Today, which originally broke this story, reports that micronukes have since been used in Damascus, Syria, in Donetsk, Ukraine, and Tianjin, China.
