In my seed oils FB group lots of people saying they are no longer burning in the sun after getting seed oils out of their diet. When were seed oils added? I never burned when I was younger. Laid out all the time and got super dark. Now I burn easily.

My Grandfather worked outside so he used sunscreen every single day. He got melanoma and passed away after several aggressive rounds of chemo. I'll never use sunscreen again 💯

How did all those Caucasians handle the sun UV rays for thousands of years. Lots of skin exposure out there in the farming fields. No evidence that they ever died due to skin cancer.
