By my research, the situation might be much worse for anyone acting against the American Republic.

According to the LAWS OF WARFARE & LAWS OF BELLIGERENT OCCUPATION, any Belligerent Occupier has to show their colors, their flag, the foreign power they are fighting for, within 1 year of the beginning of the Belligerent Occupation (by my research).

Since the Belligerent Occupation began on Jan. 20, 2021 with fake Biden's administration taking over, that DEADLINE to show colors was 12 Noon, Jan. 20, 2022, and did the fake Biden administration show colors/flags? NO.

Therefore, all those participating in the Belligerent Occupation of America became "unlawful combatants" or "unprivileged belligerents" which means they have NO PROTECTIONS of the Geneva Convention & are basically classified same as Spies & War Criminals.

"Enemy Combatants" have rights.
"Unprivileged Belligerents" have next to no rights.

Insurrectionists might be classified as Unprivileged Belligerents, IMO.
