Kat, everyone has to do their own research and reach their own conclusions, but I believe the Insurrection Act was already invoked sometime on or between January 6, 2021 after the US Congress Insurrected (by certifying the 2020 Election in the face of formal complaints filed regarding Election Fraud) and before the DC National Guard (and other Military Troops) were formally announced present in the District of Columbia by Major General William Walker, the Commanding General of the District of Columbia National Guard on January 18, 2021,
that it is still In Force and Effect,
and that's just MY OWN conclusion based on the following:

1/6/2021 Presidential compliance with 10 U.S. Code § 254 - Proclamation to disperse:
