They try to scare you by saying that sun exposure causes skin cancer.
There's no proof of that whatsoever.
They want you to stay out of the sun because they know that exposure to it helps produce Vitamin D within your body, which is necessary for good health.
They only make money off of sick people, not healthy people.

Just recently was again praying about what was missing...Have ridges on nails. Hair strong nails too but ridges concerned me for years..WELL...

Got it I believe...I have not eaten much meat most of my life...love fresh vegies.
IRON deficiency may be the missing piece...kept getting BEETS... dug more..and also potassium gave alternative info.

Hi Casey, I have suffered from iron deficiency anemia, was almost a goner because of it a couple of times. I thank God for leading me to an ad for heme iron made by Three Arrows. My ferritin and hemoglobin were so very low but thankfully this supplement brought my stores up in a months time. I hope this can help anyone suffering with anemia. God bless🙏💛

vitamin D from the sun. not in a pill. those are chemically made and who knows what is in there also. a biological chemist stated this pil vitD is dangerous as it will bring arthrosclerosis to the veins.. so you take it for health and it eventually will kill you? i say sunshine is a lot cheaper. to grasp and you can control it.
