Was thinking Red Light Therapy 850 nm beds that address the whole body at a level that oxygenates..and more. There are lesser levels that do NOT get as dep that chatter about how many lights as opposed to depth of red light (nm.)

Big red flag is NASA research....have been looking into this maybe 20 years...Purchased the light...(sold based on bulbs NOT depth (nm) but did notice reduced pain in areas when targeted. Also aware of Light therapy often connected in far infrared sauna concern with these has been EMF exposure...would hope addressed but do not know.
