I am pretty sure they are deployed, just that they were tied up healing children rescued out of DUMBs and Tunnels and our Wounded Warriors first, and I agree with that. Millions of children were rescued out of living hell, more than expected, and our troops fighting underground suffer terrible injuries at the hands of these Monsters, as well as severe mental trauma from what they are seeing.
