maybe not. they dont appear to have figured it out.. maybe their parents did the same to them.. they look wiggy..surprised they were not taken away from them sooner.

24 and three kids. overwhelmed in life.. no parenting skills.. they didnt know how to handle the rats. like get in the car and call the town.. sure it was a rental.. it would take some work to rehab them. years ago we would. welfare and state in a blue state. yup that happened. cost was about 200K a year. and it didnt work.. duh,
