I wouldn't be surprised if General Flynn was also involved in receiving the God-Source Light Cube living intelligence ⚡🧊 that came in through the Stargate in Mount Hayes.
These two events were critical for taking control of Deep State Operations.
We know that General Flynn had to infiltrate the Deep State at the deepest level in order to map out & plan it's destruction.
