Many SRA victims especially those coming out of DUMBs report being tortured by a Dr. Greene, and I think there is a good chance he was actually Dr. Mengele. They all were harvesting adreno and that allows these monsters to extend their lives. I believe one of his operations was raided underneath China Lake Facility where over 2000 victims were rescued from cages and I believe that was one of the "Dr. Greene" operations.
