I suspect more judicial interference until a public "insurrection act" order is issued. The judicial interference is pushing the public to the "edge of the precipice".

IMO, this is also why media is trying to show Trump negative in the polls. They know when the public "insurrection act" is issued that the end game really gets in full motion. I think the Michigan rally is a countermeasure to show support is as much as the election or larger.

The thing is Mars, a public announcement of the Insurrection Act doesn't need to happen, IMO.

We're already under Martial Law since the Civil War. That was never rescinded.

Then we are formally AT WAR, the AUMF of 2001 (Authorization for Use of Military Force) also not rescinded - THE WAR AGAINST TERROR. Unlimited reach!

Then we are under many Executive Orders.

Then we're under National Emergency Declarations & LAWS OF WARFARE (unprivileged belligerents). Probably PEADs, too.

ALSO, President & CIC Trump is only required to tell the People (including Terrorists & law breakers) to Go Home In Peace, and guess what, he already did that on Jan. 6, 2021!
