12.8.1 Definition of Capitulation. A capitulation is an agreement (sometimes with certain conditions) entered into between commanders of belligerent forces for the surrender of a body of forces, a fortress, or other defended locality, or of a district of the theater of operations..."
Therefore, these EVIL ENTITIES SURRENDERED to WARTIME PRESIDENT TRUMP & THE GLOBAL MILITARY ALLIANCE HE COMMANDS with certain conditions.
As to what the "certain conditions" are?
We don't know, but maybe something like...
1) Give us back everything you stole, and
2) Free all our People, all Hostages, and
3) Assist us in tearing down your MATRIX, and
4) If you cooperate, we'll preserve your reputation until AFTER Tribunal & Execution.
