Here is my food for the day. I drank coffee, lemonade and had a dairy free peanut butter cup already. It’s kale salad, half an orange, a pear, a boiled egg, some carrot sticks in hummus and spaghetti squash baked with a little avocado oil and salt and pepper. (So many options and lots of marinara sauce on the spaghetti squash but I’m ok with it simple and plain for me right now.) I did see a recipe where you can add all kinds of stuff to spaghetti squash….. a recipe I saw with some apple also mixed in looked interesting . Start researching and being creative anyone! We can do this. Share what you eat to those on your page as you never know who you WILL inspire. We are ONE. We are digging out together. 🩷 I try to share what helped me in hopes it helps you rebuild your little world.
