I think the older adults are fearful of not filing and paying if necessary because no one wants to put a target on their back and risk their savings, spending money on litigation, endure undo stress etc. It will take an official announcement and official plan for most Americans to stop filing income taxes. Perhaps there needs to be a gradual change like eliminating taxes on tips, social security, investment earnings and so forth, until total elimination occurs. 😇

If they took me to court it would be the worst thing they ever did. I would prove beyond a reasonable doubt that taxes are illegal.
