NEW: Russia’s mysterious “Doomsday” radio station UVB-76 has just broadcast four cryptic messages in the span of 24 hours: Neptune, Thymus, Foxcloak, and Nootabucks, Russian media reports say.

No one in the civilian world has a clue what they mean — which, of course, is likely the whole point.
