This Law is critical to stop Satanists from torturing animals, too. I was once told that Satanists torture cats to summon Demons, and my small animal Veterinarian WON'T allow anyone to adopt Black Cats from his animal hospital UNLESS they are kept 100% as indoor cats, because he knows Satanists kidnap black cats for use in their satanic rituals. This Law is to put Satanists behind bars LONGER for what they also do to animals.
