Them: inflation is down
Umm...if there is less cash in circulation - obviously that is the case - then, of course it goes down.
Them: tariffs will increase prices.
Me: so will the devaluation of the dollar, especially if there is less to go around.
Also me: eventually, everything will cost less if no one is able to buy because of less currency in circulation...and when this happens, you won't be able to afford anything anyway, because of the lack of currency :)
Don't worry - the digital dollar is on its way.
