Sunshine is very important in boosting and sustaining a strong immune system. We are, IMO in an immune system crisis due to the vax, food contamination, high stress levels, device use etc. One of the reasons for chemtrails, is to dim the sun. Everyone needs some sunshine daily. For very fair skinned people it is best to get that sun in early morning and early evening. 😇

and bare feet to the ground. didnt we all do that when we were kids? never sick. do not use sun tan lotion tho. if you burn easily stay out for no more than 20 min at a time per day.. i am a blond blue eyed and as a child i burned evry summer. never burned again the rest of the summer as brown as a berry. today as an elder i dont burn or even get a tan... even in strong sun.. btw. never used sun screen until i was in my 20s and was pregnant. those people burn easier. sun screen didnt even work.worst burn in my life... none since tho.. weird. and no skin issues ever
