Perhaps it is a better thing to look into Washington buildings on a case-by-case basis - all the structures that the Cabal controlled, research the building's true history, and if we find the structures were only "captured" by the Cabal, then convert them back to things beautiful and celebratory of Freedom and Humanity's Glory, because they were originally ours.
