Among the other Frauds of the IRS, the definitions in the US Tax Code are a Fraud, a complete deception committed against the American People. THEFT!

Code says Income Tax only applies to those residing in the DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA and the "UNITED STATES", but then goes on to define "UNITED STATES" as the District of Columbia only. 🙄

I lost my bookmark to the Tax Code where this is clearly defined, but another Anon can find it I'm sure. "Legalese" of the BAR.

Pike it's so infuriating. I will restate what I told Robin...
No entity has done more damage and stolen more from the American People than the IRS and MUST BE ABOLISHED, and the American People deserve nothing less than to be paid back every penny of all income tax & payroll tax, penalties & fees that they every paid the IRS in their lifetimes, and then on top of that interest on those payments and a penalty fee assessed against the IRS because there were DAMAGES CAUSED no different than when any criminal steals and destroys or diminishes the means to a living of another. That is the MINIMUM of what needs to be given back to the American People and that is ONLY in relation to this massive FRAUD that the IRS perpetrated against the American People.

As huge as the IRS Fraud is, I'm not sure it is the largest fraud perpetrated against us. Think of the
Birth/ "Berth" Certificate Fraud, that leads to all kinds of corruption, using our corporate Strawman name. Not only does the BC create the cusip number, that is then traded on whatever market it is, every CONTRACT that we enter into, feeds that Strawman Account. Baptism, Social Security, Marriage, and EVERY type of license we ever sign onto, loans, mortgages, registrations, etc. I've always wondered how the Insurance Industry will be taken down, and it dawned on me the other day, that it is the fact that, when we sign onto an insurance POLICY, that contract also creates a new cusip number, that again, is traded on that certain market. I'm 68, and I'm pretty sure my Strawman Account is worth TENS of Millions.
WeThePeople must DEMAND an end to this (March) Madness, get NESARA/GESARA out in the open, and not just behind the scenes!!!

Steve, I agree with you about all the other Frauds, too - it was rampant & so much tied to our Birth Certificates YES, but the Criminal Fraud of the IRS is the biggest Fraud of all IMO, because they had every American living in TOTAL FEAR from the first day we started working until we die.
WOULD THEY TAKE OUR MONEY?
WOULD THEY TAKE OUR HOMES or BUSINESSES? INHERITANCE?
WOULD THEY PUT US IN JAIL?

It was the FEAR that caused us to separate ourselves from our hard earned money & wealth, and that's the definition of Criminal Fraud, even Extortion.
All these Frauds are Treason, too, but it was the IRS TERROR they put into working individuals, families & business owners. That FEAR was real, because they were also weaponized & would come after anyone just for being a Patriot.
We saw them do that Countless Times to so many People.

The IRS needs to be Abolished, and all other Frauds also undone and the American People compensated fully for every Trespass!
