Unfortunately corn and soy is also fed to chickens (meat/eggs), and pork! High in polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs). Flaxseed is also one of the highest! Tallow is a good cooking fat for higher heat, as well as butter and coconut oil.

Yes I mentioned I use butter & Coconut oil (Cold Pressed) ...aware of Tallow but prefer my own from bacon.

The big thing about buying Local is knowing who is selling to determine if soy or grains used..

You can purchase free Range eggs that are NOT fed with ANY grain.
You can also get beef freely eat grass NO grains fed as well.
A lot more options if you ask questions and seek out others who care about what they eat too.

I use caster oil and Vit E oil on feet I use olive oil for cooking or real butter.

For body I use Korres Olive cream. Caster oil on face at night.

My skin likes it.
Have Gold Bond..says no parabens, especially propylparaben and butylparaben BUT SEED OIL USED ... Oh well TO THE DUMP!
